Four steps
Solar Fronds power AI servers inside a 40-foot container, buffered by self-sufficient storage. Seawater cools the servers and warms up in the process. That waste heat drives membrane distillation. Rovers carry the water inland.

The inversion
Not producing water with electricity, but using heat that arises anyway. The server waste heat drives desalination. The solar power stays dedicated to compute. Compute carries the plant; water and green space are the by-products.

Why this is not new ground
Every component can be bought. Aquastill's membrane distillation runs today on the waste heat of diesel generators. What is exchanged is the heat source, not the heat exchanger — proven parts are coupled, nothing new is invented.
02THE COASTAL ADVANTAGE
And that is exactly what makes the plant repeatable

Why the coast
The plant needs seawater: as a coolant for the servers and as the feedstock for desalination. The site is chosen deliberately, not accepted as a compromise.

Why that is a strength
The coast is the same everywhere, the sea delivers the same feedstock every time. Inland, every site would be a problem of its own; on the coast it is one problem, solved once. What has been engineered once can be moved.

The division of labour
The Alpha Hub sits on the coast and does the heavy work: computing, storing, desalinating. Four to five Beta Satellites stand inland and carry the photovoltaics and the planting. Alpha Hub and Beta Satellites are coupled.

The unit
A Beta Satellite is not a special build. It is the same module once more.

As the demand for AI capacity grows, the plant grows through further Beta Satellites.

04NO WASTE STREAM
Even the brine has a buyer

Where the water goes
The pure water travels inland and greens the desert: geoforming. Once an area is established its demand falls, and the capacity is freed for the next one.

Where the brine goes
The brine is not returned to the sea. It serves as a mineral feedstock for industry, and is therefore not a disposal problem but a second material stream.

The intake as a filter
The intake filters marine plastic out of the seawater. Local fishers are paid for plastic by-catch, and the material becomes components of the plant. No freshwater consumed, no brine discarded — and the water route takes something out of the sea along the way.
05THE PILOT
100 kilowatts in Al Ashkharah, under real extreme conditions

The setup
One Alpha Hub on the coast, four to five Beta Satellites inland, coupled across one to two kilometres. Plus a team camp for three to four people, supplied from the plant itself.

What the pilot proves
The pilot site validates the commercial parameters under real extreme conditions. It proves complete independence from the grid.

The business model
We supply the system design and the licence. The partner carries the hardware and the operation. Compensation runs through three levers: a development mandate at the start, a one-off fee for regional exclusivity, and an ongoing share of the revenues.
